The job holder is expected to collaborate with the sales team by acting as technical expert in customer presentations. In addition, he/she will determine the technical requirements to meet the customers' goals. He/She will also respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.
- Assist the pre-sales team in preparing technical documentation and solution overviews.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity industry trends and emerging technologies through training and mentorship.
- Collaborate with senior team members during the proposal development process.
- Support the creation of preliminary cost estimates under guidance.
- Shadow senior consultants during client advisory sessions.
- Participate in internal training programs to develop solution design skills.
- Support the sales team in achieving cybersecurity solution targets.
- Assist in cost analysis and optimization during pre-sales activities.
- Learn and contribute to innovative cybersecurity solution designs.
- Develop foundational knowledge in cybersecurity technologies and controls.
- Participate in building client relationships through pre-sales support.
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Internship or project experience in IT or cybersecurity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to ICT environments or cybersecurity tools.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Cybersecurity-related coursework or certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA CyberOps).
