This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of cybersecurity, including but not limited to threat detection, incident response, vulnerability assessment, and security operations. As a Cybersecurity Intern, you will work closely with our security team to gain practical knowledge and contribute to ongoing projects. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal technical teams and external vendors on development of discovery patterns.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing security solutions with presales team.
- Participate in SOC and assessment activities.
- Contribute to security awareness and training initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security controls.
- Conduct research on emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.
- Work with engineers and leaders to help prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with team members on security projects and initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Passion for cybersecurity and eagerness to learn.
- Previous internship or coursework related to cybersecurity.
- Certifications such as Cisco Security, Security+, CEH, or similar.
- Knowledge of security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, and antivirus solutions.
- Have you completed your Bachelors Degree?
