Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our IT security team at Al Barakah Investment Holding Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating with our Managed Security Operations Center (SOC) service provider, ensuring the protection of our IT infrastructure, systems, and data from cyber threats. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of security technologies, incident response, and risk management, particularly within the real estate and property management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed SOC Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact between Al Barakah Investment Holding Company and the Managed SOC service provider.
• Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met and report on SOC performance.
• Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of managed SOC services and recommend improvements.
• Security Monitoring and Incident Response:
• Oversee the monitoring of security events and alerts from the managed SOC.
• Lead and coordinate incident response efforts, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of security incidents.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks.
• Threat Analysis and Intelligence:
• Analyze security alerts and provide detailed reports on threat trends and emerging threats.
• Leverage threat intelligence to enhance the company's security posture.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address identified security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Security Policy and Procedure Development:
• Develop, review, and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure all security policies are effectively communicated and enforced across the company.
• Training and Awareness:
• Work with the Managed SOC provider to develop and deliver security awareness training for employees.
• Promote a culture of security awareness and best practices within the company.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare detailed security incident reports and maintain incident documentation.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on security posture and incident trends.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
• Identify opportunities for improving the company's security posture and SOC service effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on incident response, threat analysis, and security monitoring. Experience managing relationships with Managed SOC providers is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and common vulnerabilities.
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms and incident response tools.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage but not compulsory.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Availability: Candidates willing or available to join within 20 days or currently on a visit visa are preferred.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: 5,000 to 10,000 AED based on experience and qualifications.
• Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation for eligible or needy candidates.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Occasional after-hours work may be required to respond to security incidents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
