As a Cutting Maintenance Responsible, you will ensure that all equipment and support mechanisms are maintained in good working order, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance actions at the level of production facilities in the area in order to achieve the planned quality and volume of production as quickly as possible and at the lowest cost.
Your Role
Coordinate the conformity of the means of production with the company's standards.
Ensure compliance and maintenance of the means of production in the required condition to support the continuity of the production plan.
Support the team of supervisors on a daily basis in achieving the operational objectives of the organization.
Periodically analyze the +SQPDIK indicators, identify gaps and implement the necessary action plans to remedy the gaps.
Anchor and maintain the 6S culture within your team.
Be the guarantor of compliance with the budget allocated to its scope, implement optimization and cost and inventory control actions.
Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor your team's training plan, versatility and workforce management.
Be the guarantor of compliance with procedures and standards within its scope of activity (EOS, OSA, IATF, HSE standards, etc.).
Contribute effectively to the various multidisciplinary activities involving the Maintenance Function.
Your Background
Master Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or equivalent with at least one year of experience in automobile sector
Bachelor Degree in mechanical or Industrial engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in automobile sector
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving spirit.
Leadership, commitment and availability.
Good level in French and English.
