Job Responsibilities

• IMOS Software Expertise:
• Utilize IMOS software to generate accurate cutting lists, material schedules, and production drawings based on project specifications.
• Ensure all designs and specifications align with client requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
• Production Coordination:
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams to plan and schedule manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production progress and address any discrepancies to maintain project timelines.
• Material Management:
• Manage inventory and procurement of materials required for joinery projects.
• Optimize material usage to minimize waste and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct quality checks on manufacturing outputs to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Implement corrective actions as needed to resolve any quality issues promptly.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including cutting lists, production schedules, and material orders.
• Generate reports on production metrics, material usage, and project progress for management review.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and production staff to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding IMOS software functionalities and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in using IMOS software for joinery or cabinetmaking, with a strong understanding of its functionalities.
• Background in joinery or interior fit-out production processes, including knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
