• Excellent communication in English, Hindi is must (Arabic is an advantage)
• Experience with Customer service support, Lead management and cold calling
• Marketing experience
• Should have IT experience
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in using CRM
• Strong time management skills
Qualifications / experience required:
• Bachelor's degree in IT
