Job Description

Reputed IT company in Dubai looking for a smart and dynamic staff for the role of Customer Support Representative cum Lead Management.

• Excellent communication in English, Hindi is must (Arabic is an advantage)
• Experience with Customer service support, Lead management and cold calling
• Marketing experience
• Should have IT experience
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in using CRM
• Strong time management skills

Qualifications / experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in IT

Freshers can also apply with Excellent English and Hindi and smart personality with IT Background.
