Education Requirement:
Bachelor in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Equivalent Degree or Diploma.
Required Skills :
Effective communication skills Knowledge of CRM systems and procedures Customer-focused attitude and the capacity to adjust to and handle various customers.
Answering customer questions*; responding to tickets, answering phone calls from struggling customers. Handling customer complaints* Conflict resolution*: Investigate and resolve customer complaints; escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as necessary. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, emails, or chat Resolve customer issues and complaintseffectively and efficiently
Managing database records
Salary:
2000 - 3000 AED +Transportation + Visa + Insurance + Lunch (will be provided by the company)
Working days:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
(2 days off in a week, Saturday & Sunday)
