  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a customer support representative or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and customer service software.
