We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Representative (Female) with knowledge of making quotations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and requests. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating accurate and timely quotations based on client requirements. Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and other inquiries.
  • Process orders and manage order fulfillment, including coordinating with other departments as necessary.
  • Generate and send quotations to customers based on their specific requirements.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with quotations and address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of creating and managing quotations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
