JOB DESCRIPTION:
• First point of contact for all client-related queries.
• Meeting clients on a regular basis (monthly) within geographical (UAE) limits.
• Cold calls to clients to maintain the relationship and address the concerns they have.
• Maintain accurate client database.
• Seasonal/Birthday greeting to the client.
• Conduct customer survey on every project completion.
• Customer satisfaction target score of 90% and suggest corrective action plans to improve customer satisfaction.
• Need to be hands-on in implementing new customer service processes to ensure quality service delivery.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
