Customer Success Manager Job Overview: This is bold and this is not Ad Hoc Minds, a leading company based in Delhi, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. This is a part-time position with one opening available. Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor to understand their needs and goals Proactively engage with customers to drive product adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding support to customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely manner Monitor customer accounts, track usage metrics, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to customers, highlighting key achievements and KPIs Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to better serve our customers Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Representative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively address customer challenges Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Desired Experience: Prior experience in the SaaS industry or working with software products Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success tools Familiarity with data analysis and reporting Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development Understanding of customer success methodologies and best practices If you are passionate about driving customer success, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
