Role Description

We are seeking a talented Customer Services & Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and have a flair for customer services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and drive engagement across various social media platforms.

Duties: -

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness - Create engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos - Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities - Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals - Analyse social media metrics to track the success of campaigns. This is a full-time on-site role for a female with pleasant personality and welcoming attitude. As a customer services and social media expert representative at Luxe Cars located in Al Quoz 3, Dubai. The representative will be responsible for daily sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and customer relationship management. They will also provide product information, resolve customer inquiries, and assist with sales training. Able to communicate with auto mobile staff such as motor mechanics, electrician etc

Requirements: - Proven experience in social media management - Strong understanding of public relations and customer services principles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Knowledge of social media analytics tools - Ability to work well in a team environment If you are passionate about social media, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy creating engaging content, Adequate knowledge of Crypto and or passion for cars is a great advantage. we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in auto mobile is preferred.

Strong customer service and customer support abilities

Proven sales experience

Ability to learn and understand product knowledge.

Experience in providing training and support to sales team.

Good organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of auto part is a plus.

Fluency in English and Arabic is must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month plus commission

Can earn up to AED 8000 by selling our packages.
