Job Description

1.Customer Service:



Candidate must have experience in customer service in Facility Management and Technical Contracting Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information Maintains customer records by updating account information. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Handling payment transactions Adhering to a company's policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers

2.Quality Control:



Conduct regular inspections and audits of products/services to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement quality assurance processes.

3.Communication:



Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality. Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues or potential improvements.

4.Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in customer service and quality control roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for quality.
