Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates for a Customer Care Representative/Marketing position at Creative Closets. The role involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and effectively communicating with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Outbound Calls : Make proactive calls to potential customers listed coming from marketing campaigns, providing them with an overview of our products and services.
• Customer Screening : Register new potential customers in our CRM system for screening and record-keeping.
• Customer Satisfaction Tracking : Regularly update the Jobs in Progress section to keep records of customer satisfaction levels.
• Survey Follow-Up : Call customers to encourage participation in our survey form to gather valuable feedback.
• Complaint Resolution : Handle customer complaints, providing satisfactory resolutions and escalating issues to relevant departments when needed.
• Inquiry Management : Respond to all inquiries received via WhatsApp, phone, or other channels for our brands in a timely manner.
• Internal Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and execution of customer requests.
• Product Knowledge : Stay informed about company products, promotions, and features to offer accurate and helpful information to customers.
Community Management & Marketing Support
• Social Media Monitoring : Monitor and respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat or any other online channel for our brands, in a timely and professional manner.
• Google My Business Management : Promptly monitor and reply to customer reviews and inquiries on Google My Business in a professional manner.
• CRM System Audit : Regularly audit registrations in the CRM system to ensure all required data is accurate and complete.
• Brand Alignment : Work with the marketing team to align community management efforts with brand objectives and Campaigns/Promotions.
• Administrative Work : Execute administrative tasks, including Arabic translation work, as needed.
• Brand Representation : Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for community needs and representing the company positively.
• Blogs Creation : Create Blog Posts in English and Arabic and post on our brands website.
Qualifications
• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
• Previous experience in marketing or sales is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
