Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for serving our clients. The role is for someone who excels in handling customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.Female candidates are preffered.

What you'll do:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for medical fitness and occupational health screening.

Address customer queries and assist them with relevant information.

Promote our services to potential customers and convert inquiries to appointments.

Maintain accurate records of calls made, inquiries received, and appointments booked.

Who you are:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in multiple languages is highly preffered.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds with empathy and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using computer.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
