Provide technical and after sales support to customers and business partners.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to our customers by following OEMs policies and procedure for warranty claim.
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits as per AMIT Policy and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keeping record of all the necessary documents for repair, replacement, Service quotation, and sales orders.
Troubleshooting, PND Devices, Outdoor Navigations and Marine Chart plotters and address faults.
Contacting OEMs for advance troubleshooting guidelines and replacement approvals.
Verifying the return items from the walk-in customers for exchange or refund.
Replying to emails and phone calls from customers regarding questions about products and services offered by the company.
Monitoring the service parts and proactively informing the supervisor/Line manager when the stock is at minimum level.
Escalating complaints when necessary to Supervisor/Line Manager.
Improving customer satisfaction by providing superior service that exceeds Customer expectations.
Participating in marketing events when necessary to assist in products demonstration.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Diploma or Bachelor in Electronics/Telecommunication/Electrical or any related fields.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service personnel.
Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Arabic language is an added advantage.
