: Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Fujairah
Salary: 3,500 AED + 1,000 AED KPI + Accommodation
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to manage a virtual team of 10-15 members. This role involves day-to-day management of the team to ensure high-quality customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote customer service team.
Oversee daily operations and ensure KPIs are met.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Analyze team performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to improve service processes.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
