**Job Details:**
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Department: Customer Support
Salary: 4500 AED

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor at all times.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications: **
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in dealing with customers.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle high-volume interactions while maintaining quality.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Bilingual proficiency in English & Hindi is an advantage.
