CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (CSRs)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Booking introductory flight
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services
Collect and record customer feedback
Document all customer interactions
Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors
Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service
Requirement:
Excellent communication skill in Arabic & English
Female candidate can apply
Well working knowledge in excel and spreadsheet
Interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently
As part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in customer service preferred Experience using social media platforms
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
