Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist clients with property searches, application processes, and transaction details.
- Manage and resolve client complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings for clients and agents.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
