We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Tadbeer Center. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer complaints, logging and tracking issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering effective solutions and assistance in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and addressing complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Log all customer complaints and issues into the system for tracking and resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and that they are satisfied with the resolution.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding services, policies, and procedures.
Maintain customer records and ensure that all interactions are documented appropriately.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless customer service.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department or supervisor when necessary.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure that customer feedback is collected and communicated to management for service improvements.
Key Requirements:
Fluency in both
Arabic
and
English
(spoken and written) is essential.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, with a focus on complaint resolution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with computer systems and customer management software.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Tadbeer Center services and procedures is a plus (training will be provided).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service within a similar industry.
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service platforms.
