DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Representative in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:

Handle the customer queries and provide solutions to issues
Create sustainable relationships with clients through open and interactive communications
Respond to customer enquiries on various company channels
Settle customer complaints in a fast and efficient way
Present daily records of customer complaints and solutions given to the management
Assist customers with accurate, valid as well as complete information regarding products and services
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have a Degree with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
Must be enthusiastic and friendly
Should have a positive attitude with a strong desire to learn
Should be self-driven and organized
Excellent problem solving skills required
Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
Ability to handle busy environments
