DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Representative in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
  • Handle the customer queries and provide solutions to issues
  • Create sustainable relationships with clients through open and interactive communications
  • Respond to customer enquiries on various company channels
  • Settle customer complaints in a fast and efficient way
  • Present daily records of customer complaints and solutions given to the management
  • Assist customers with accurate, valid as well as complete information regarding products and services
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The ideal candidate must have a Degree with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Must be enthusiastic and friendly
  • Should have a positive attitude with a strong desire to learn
  • Should be self-driven and organized
  • Excellent problem solving skills required
  • Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
  • Ability to handle busy environments
