- Keep up a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
- Fix product or service problems
- Create sustainable relationships with customers
- Present feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Prepare reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
- The applicant must have a Degree from a recognized institution
- Practical experience in the same role required
- Must have very good communication and problem salving skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Must be able to manage fast paced environments
