The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, engaging with them, and providing detailed information about our products and services. This role is crucial for creating a positive first impression and enhancing customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and Welcome Clients: Warmly greet customers as they approach the kiosk, making them feel valued and appreciated.
Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
Information Dissemination: Clearly and accurately explain product details, special offers, promotions, and services to clients.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex problems to the Kiosk Manager as necessary.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to the Manager to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.
