Job Summary We are seeking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our wholesale customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Answer customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications. \xc2\xb7 Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product features and benefits. \xc2\xb7 Assists customers with order modifications, returns, and account management. \xc2\xb7 Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Track and follow up on outstanding payments and invoices. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while building strong relationships with customers.
