Preparation and execution of the Logistic Administrative process to meet deadlines. Prepare/send complete and accurate daily activity reports to clients, if/whenever required Coordinate other internal departments on the status of containers planning / ASN issues / Order issues / IT issues with professionalism and promptness. Guide Tally clerks and MHEs operators on Put away/pick process whenever required. Escalation of issues in time in case of wrong orders/documents or other related issues on time Send performance reports to client in a timely manner. Ensure FEFO is followed & to proceed for any exception with client written approval. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain proper record management to enable appropriate storage of files. Transfer records to electronic filing system successively Schedule and coordinate the entity transfer as per client requirement. Develop business relationships with clients. Customer complaints to be handled and report to relevant team for recording & further action. Ensure to report the damages (Operational/Received) to relevant team for recording and further action.
