We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative for our Marrakesh, Morocco office. Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to: Contacting clients to request financial documents Respond to email inquiries from existing clients Interact with customers by answering phone calls promptly, responding to emails and phone messages within 24 hours. Resolve complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner with the primary goal of satisfying their needs and continuing to earn their business. Manage and prioritize cases depending on complexity. Interact with clients, Tax Professionals and other departments. Use time management skills to prioritize daily workload. Always provide an exceptional customer service experience in every customer facing interaction. Assemble documents and present to Tax Professionals Multitasking while working with customers and navigating our computer systems. Qualifications: 2+ years in a customer service role Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal); Knowledge and application of English grammar including composition, editing and proofreading skills. Superior Customer Service skills A strong multitasker with excellent organizational skills Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients Proficient Computer skills Team player with a strong work ethic Other tasks and duties as needed
