Job Description

Basic and Responsibilities:



Assist clients via live chat, email, and phone regarding account setup, trading platforms, and transactions.



Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with sales, IT, compliance, and risk teams to enhance client satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with financial market trends and company offerings. Work in shifts, including evenings, nights and Public Holidays, to support global clients

Requirements:



Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure. Bachelor's degree in finance, or a related field is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
