We are seeking an experienced female Arabic speaking to join our dynamic team. As a call center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a professional demeanor.Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
Follow company guidelines and protocols for customer interactions

Salary Starting 3,500 AED
