QuickPlus is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues efficiently. Proficiency in Hindi is essential for this role to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of QuickPlus products and services to assist customers effectively.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Call Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report it to the management team for continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve performance goals and provide support when needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
Proficiency in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and call centre software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
