Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex inquiries or complaints
Assist in customer onboarding, guiding them through service features and best practices
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and streamline service processes
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all customer service activities
Requirements:
UAE national with Family Book (required for this role)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries in a professional manner
