Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and resolve issues promptly.
2. Order Support .
- Assist with orders, tracking, and modifications.
- Ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
3. Issue Resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain records and gather feedback for improvement.
4. Customer Education
- Educate customers on product features.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and empathy.
- Office or remote work environment.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
