The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the Gulf market, be proficient in Arabic, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through various communication channels. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Maintain and update customer records in the system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role in the Gulf market. Should Speak ARABIC Highly qualified with a degree or relevant certifications. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
