Join our team in Dubai as a Customer Service Representative at the airport, where you\'ll be the first point of contact for travelers, ensuring they have a seamless experience!Key Responsibilities:Assist passengers with check-in procedures, boarding passes, and flight information.
Handle inquiries regarding flights, baggage, and airport services.
Provide information about airport facilities, including lounges, shopping, and dining options.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.
Guide and assist passengers with special needs, including elderly, disabled, and unaccompanied minors.
Ensure that all airport regulations and safety protocols are followed.
Help maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the airport.
Requirements:Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an airport or travel-related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or tourism is an advantage.
