Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced FOREX Customer Service Representative to immediately join our online trading team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in customer service within the financial or trading sector, with strong communication skills in multiple languages. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across various platforms, resolving issues efficiently, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, phone calls, and email
• Utilize communication skills to handle customer concerns and inquiries related to FOREX trading and account management
• Verify customer accounts and ensure all issues are addressed as per the standard protocols
• Investigate and resolve trading queries related to client accounts on the trading platforms
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of trading products
• Ensure accurate documentation of complaints, resolutions, and service requests
• Follow established escalation workflows to handle complex or high-priority issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Risk Management or a relevant field
• 2 years UAE CSR experience in reputed Forex or CDF brokerage firms
• Experience with DFSA, SCA or ADGM regulated trading companies preferred
• Updated on industry trends, markets movements, and competitor strategies to identify business opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office & Google Workplace
• Good team player & professional telephone etiquette

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• FOREX customer service: 2 years (Required)
