We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented female Customer Care Executive to become part of our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage high-stress situations
Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints
• Offer accurate information about products and services
• Efficiently resolve customer issues
• Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
