We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with Growhub. This is a full-time role based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide detailed information about our products, services, and company policies.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail, agriculture, or online sales.
• Fluency in English is a major requirement ; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• A passion for plants, gardening, and sustainable agriculture is a plus.
