Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or equivalent . Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
