We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic to join our night shift team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding assistance to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies in English and Arabic. - Resolve customer complaints, escalate complex cases when necessary. - Maintain records of customer interactions using CRM software. - Collaborate with team members and departments for efficient problem resolution. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
