To support customer service manager and cash sales to achieve yearly departmental objectives, and backing up customer service team in order to provide superior customer services to both internal and external customers and to be proactive to customers needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
Ensure customer orders are reviewed accepted and delivered; quoted prices are maintained and authorized; credit facilities and not exceeded. Follow-up customer complaints coordinating with ASM & QC department. Coordinates the daily selling activities of customers through Sales Engineer. Facilitates interaction between Sales, warehouse & production, place new orders on system, follow up on existing orders. Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Coordinates feedback information with team members & customers. Handle customers and ensure accuracy of all transactions. Build relationships with customers and potential business associates to promote Al Gurg Fosroc and its products Daily coordination with factory to facilitate & arrange truck deliveries according to customer requested ship date. Follow up sample & technical service requests with Sales & QC department. Managing monthly material sales forecast through sales engineers. Preparing customer data base & list of customers.
Skills required
MS Package Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Strong personality. Ability to work in a team to meet critical deadlines, & to work under pressure.
