Inspire Me Cuisine is seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative cum Accountant in Dubai.
About Inspire Me Cuisine Inspire Me Cuisine, designs and delivers fresh, healthy and tasty meals for children between the ages of 6 months - 5 years. Our aim is to ensure that every child receives a balanced meal that not only meets their dietary requirements but also excites their taste buds. Combining extensive expertise in the Early Years and Nutrition, we aim to help families raise children within the right environment to develop a strong mind, a healthy body and a positive attitude toward healthy eating. About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Accountant. This is a unique opportunity to combine your customer service skills with your financial acumen, playing a vital role in our daily operations. Responsibilities Customer Service:
Assist the customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Accounting:
Issue Invoices for customers and receive and issue receipts.
Follow up, track and record customer payments and refunds.
Generate basic reports on sales.
Additional duties:
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, upholding company values.
Work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:
Degree in Communications or High school diploma with Customer service professional trainings.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel a plus).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for food and beverage service is a plus.
Basic accounting experience is preferred.
