About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Accountant. This is a unique opportunity to combine your customer service skills with your financial acumen, playing a vital role in our daily operations. Responsibilities Customer Service:

• Assist the customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

Accounting:

• Issue Invoices for customers and receive and issue receipts.
• Follow up, track and record customer payments and refunds.
• Generate basic reports on sales.

Additional duties:

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, upholding company values.
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Communications or High school diploma with Customer service professional trainings.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel a plus).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for food and beverage service is a plus.
• Basic accounting experience is preferred.
