We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative - Contact Centre for CX department. The CX department at Al Hahasr is dedicated to, creating exceptional customer experiences that foster brand loyalty and advocacy for our Brands.
Responsibilities: Handle all inbound calls and follow-ups for leads, as well as respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to both sales and after-sales service via phone, email, and social media. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, service appointments, vehicle maintenance, and warranty information. Qualify sales leads and route them to appropriate sales representatives, schedule test drives, appointments with sales staff, and service appointments. Address basic objections, concerns related to sales, offer guidance on vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions. Contribute to customer satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in the automotive industry. Experience handling both sales and service inquiries and complaints. Familiarity with sales processes, after-sales service procedures, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
