We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic Real Estate Division and contribute to our reputation for service excellence.

As a Customer Service Agent in our Real Estate Division, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing professional and friendly service to ensure a positive customer experience. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information about our real estate services and properties.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and other communications regarding property inquiries.

- Manage customer queries and concerns regarding real estate transactions and services.

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

- Maintain a solid understanding of company policies and the real estate regulatory environment of the UAE.

- Guide potential clients through the property search process, offering advice and personal insights into the market.

- Coordinate appointments, site visits, and follow-ups with clients and other departments.

- Assist in the preparation of legal documentation and agreements.

- Maintain and update customer databases with inquiry details and client feedback.

- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, specifically in the UAE real estate sector.

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Bachelors Degree Must; further education in Real Estate or a related field is a plus.

- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic are highly advantageous.
