The Role
Customer Service: o Communicate to manufacturing plant and follow the production orders o Prepare necessary documents and follow lead times o First point of contact to inform globally customers about their new, pending orders, lead times and open invoices Sales support: o Create Proforma invoices, order confirmations, invoices and production orders o Answers phone calls from customers and deals with challenges as they arise o Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format Back up for Logistics department: o Communicate with local forwarders and verify pricing and lead-times o Create and gather all documents shipment documents
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar position o Self-motivated and able to work under pressure o Good communication skills o Problem solving skills o Accuracy o Fluent, both verbal and written, in English o Experience with MS Office and Excel o Preferably experience with ERP systems o No 9-5 mentality o Located in UAE
