Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in off-plan property sales, real estate, or a similar field.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of real estate market dynamics, especially off-plan properties.
• Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to closing deals.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present properties and manage client relationships.
• Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English; Arabic is Preferred
• Client-Oriented: Empathy and a client-first mindset to build trust and provide a positive buying experience.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Sales Revenue: Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Client Satisfaction: High client satisfaction scores and positive feedback.
• Lead Conversion: Effective conversion of leads into successful sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
