Job Description

We are seeking experienced and professional ARABIC FEMALE RECEPTIONIST.

The ideal candidate will be up-to-date on the latest dental, gynae and derma treatments and trends and have a keen eye for patient care and handling.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage doctor schedules
- Inform patients about schedule changes
- Greet patients in a lively manner
- Communicate with the team
- Be up to date with latest technologies and cloud based softwares
- Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary.
-Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a medical center and/or specialized treatment center and a passion for healthcare.

A friendly and outgoing personality is essential.
