We are hiring a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure utmost customer satisfaction from interacting with the Company and receiving company services
• Analyze customer feedback, analyze sample customer service interactions and design improvements to achieve higher customer satisfaction
• Resolve escalation cases
• Interact with existing and potential customers through phone, WhatsApp, social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), working on increasing conversions of the sales funnel
• Answer customer queries, convert leads into buyers
Requirements
• Significant (2+ years) Customer Service Experience in / call center serving Arabic/English speaking market in UAE.
• Great customer interaction skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Computer skills: MS Office, MS word, blind typing
• Positive Attitude
