Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch support and service excellence to our esteemed clientele.Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating to appropriate teams as necessary.
Maintain and update customer records in the customer service database.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service improvements.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to process enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in a customer service or support role is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and customer service software.
Familiarity with the digital and creative industries is a plus.
