Education: Bachelors degree related to the field Experience: 1-3 Years of Experience Language: Arabic and English Job Responsibilities: Receive, process, and verify the documents, job requests and inquiries submitted by clients. Prepare Job Order for clients to implement the required services. Ensure and provide quality services to customers. Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, and maintain a high level of professionalism, efficiency, quality, and competence in every client interaction. Update job order for operations in the Port-Door Management System. Deliver documents and stamps where needed to ensure execution of work. Issue invoices and archive supporting documents once execution is done for a customer shipment. Communicate customer needs related to shipments internally and acquire needed approvals for the same.
