Customer Service
- Handle customer queries with thorough knowledge of products and services. - Respond to customer requests and inquiries professionally and efficiently. - Resolve technical, large, or complex complaints regarding services, products, and accounts. * Sales Support- Convert service inquiry calls into business opportunities by providing accurate sales lead information to the Sales Team. * Social Media Management- Handle social media updates (Instagram, Facebook) efficiently, adhering to service level agreements. * Customer Feedback- Proactively solicit and effectively action customer feedback to improve services. * Record-Keeping- Maintain records of customer interactions, including suggestions, appreciation, complaints, and personal details for promotional purposes. * Reporting- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to supervisors.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Language Skills: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Education: Graduation
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the UAE.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Technological Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Customer-oriented: A passion for providing excellent service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
